Healthy, simple and no cooking involved. You can choose the fruit if you wanted to make this with chocolate and jellys or nuts feel free to do so it also works great. It’s also another great way to fruit into those little tummies.
Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt (245 g)
- ½ cup fresh berry, chopped (90 g)
Method
- Line an 8×8 (20×20) baking pan with parchment paper.
- Evenly spread the yogurt over the bottom of the pan. Top with berries.
- Freeze at least 2 hours. Remove from freezer and break into pieces.
