You read that correctly and I can promise you it takes all of 30 minutes and its something fun and easy to do with the kids.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 100g of plain flower
- 300g of chocolate spread
- Preheat your oven to 180°c
- In a bowl mix your chocolate spread, flower and eggs
- In a greased 8 inch baking tin lined parchment paper pour the mixture.
- Cook on 180°c for 20 mins.
- Once done take out and place on a wire rack to cool.
- Optional: serve with some strawberries and natural greek yogurt with a teaspoon of vanilla extract mixed in.
